Membership & Scaled Pricing
Community Ladders memberships are paid on a month-to-month basis and members are bound by no contract. One of our core values is ‘no dependency.’ While our services are designed around a long-term, on-going planning relationship, if you decide to leave our community you will be in full control of your finances and in better shape than when you started with us.
Why We Have Monthly Payments
Our planning program is designed for the long-haul, and we believe in the value of having a trusted adviser in regular contact. As such, our model is based on the expectation that the vast majority of our members (currently over 90%) will continue with us indefinitely. Our monthly fee structure assumes that most members will stay for the whole year. We bill on a monthly basis to try to keep it both affordable and predictable for our members. Smaller payments are more manageable, and there’s no surprises.
